I have been super organised and have done my week 2 food plan already!
Here it is!
Wednesday
Breakfast - Fruit and a muller light yogurt
Lunch - cheats pizza: 2 x nimble bread toasted (HeB1), sliced tomatoes, mozarella(HeA1)
Dinner - Chicken (heb2) Stirfry + noodles
Thursday
Breakfast - 42g All bran topped (heb1) with fruit + milk (hea1)
Lunch - Jacket potato with beans and cheese (Hea2)
Dinner - Pork chops (heb2) Veg and Mash (2syns) + Gravy (2syns)
Friday
Breakfast - Scrambled egg + 1x nimble bread (heb1) + butter (2 syns)
Lunch - vegetable soup + 1x nimble bread (heb1) + butter (2 syns)
Dinner - Fish (Heb2) veg + SW chips + Ketchup (2syns)
Saturday
Breakfast - Muller light + fruit
Lunch - Cheese (hea1) on 2x nimble toast (heb1)
Dinner - Chicken (Heb2) , spinach and potato curry + Rice
Sunday
Breakfast - boiled egg + Soldiers (2x nimble toast heb1)
Lunch - Tuna salad (mayo 2 syns)
Dinner - Savory mince and rice - lean beef mince (heb2), baked beans, peas, carrots, gravy granules (2 syns)
Monday
Breakfast - 42g All bran (heb1) + milk (hea1)
Lunch - SW chips, egg and beans
Dinner - Hot tikka chicken (heb2) salad and cous cous (mayo 2 syns)
Tuesday
Breakfast - Fruit salad + 2x nimble toast (heb1)
Lunch - Cold pasta salad (pasta, chopped peppers, cucumber mixed in mayo 4syns)
Dinner - Homemade beef burger (heb2) with cheese (hea1) Salad + SW chips + ketchup (2 syns)
As i said before i add my syns on day to day!! (will be taking some from the list in my previous entry!)
